I have been playing about with my options being a 2 nd year student. What doors will I open? What stones will I step on? I have two choices for my 3 rd year at university, placement year or go onto my final year. I think I want to go on to do a placement year therefore I will have to conducts some research and look at companies/ businesses that have placement positions. Paper Jam are a Graphic Design Company who had produced some amazing work for Belfast and some companies based in Belfast as well. I loved them so much that I tried to get placement there however competition was at a high level so unfortunate I didn't get one. they have done work for Short Cross Gin which has been my favourite campaign as the style the did their motions graphic in was classic yet fun. this sort of style is what i want my work to come across as therefore this is were i take inspiration for my work from. They have posted a video on how they made their stop motions advert for the Gin, which i loved and think was a vert smart idea. I really want to create something similar. Vimeo.
